Hankins Services, Inc. – Company History

1949 — After working as general manager for an area roofing contractor for 29 years, Earl Hankins founded Earl Hankins Roofing Company on Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. The company survived the Historic flood of 1951 and continued to operate with moderate success.

1970 — Earl sold the company to his employees and the company continued to operate as Earl Hankins Roofing Company. Over the next 36 years, the company grew and added architectural sheet metal and HVAC services to meet customer’s needs.

2006 — Earl Hankins Roofing, Roof Top LLC and 1100 Services were purchased by Randy Milbourn. The company names changed to Hankins Services, Inc. to reflect the diversity which is currently offered to our customers.
